FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. If your item is delivered to you broken or faulty you can either exchange or refund that item unless other exceptions apply. Please follow our normal returns procedure. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Cul Sportswear website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
PERMISSION TO BUY
We assume that if you are under 16 that you have the full permission of the credit/debit card holder to purchase from our site. We accept no responsibility for orders placed without the bill payer’s permission and any refunds/returns will be made at Cul Sportswear discretion.
